My experience with Qbay Career has been very disappointing. After paying over £554.60 for the premium plan, I did not receive the level of service that was promised.
Communication was very inconsistent, and most updates only happened after repeated follow-ups from my side. There was no clear or structured guidance throughout the process.
The number of applications submitted was not consistent as initially stated, and I did not receive regular updates unless I asked. Despite being told that I would receive interview opportunities, I have not received any meaningful interview calls so far.
After continuous complaints, the person handling my applications was replaced and a tracking link was shared, which shows the initial service was not properly handled.
The internship support was also unclear and delayed. When an opportunity was finally shared, it was not suitable for my level (a lead role offered to a fresher), which did not match my expectations.
My friend has had a similar experience, and I have also come across others reporting similar concerns.
I am sharing this review based on my genuine experience, and I have records of my communication to support this.
“We are committed to providing interview opportunities, and we have already fulfilled this commitment in your case. You also mentioned that we were not responding to your messages; however, we have clear records showing that we have consistently reached out to you via calls and emails, to which we did not receive responses. At a later stage, you requested us to stop submitting applications and questioned how we could apply for jobs without your permission. As per the agreement you signed, you had authorized us to apply on your behalf. Raising this concern now does not align with the terms of the contract. Additionally, you requested an upgrade to our advanced program without paying the applicable additional fees. As this request could not be accommodated, you have proceeded to share these comments. We also want to inform you that we are preparing a detailed post on LinkedIn regarding this matter, including relevant email and chat records, for public awareness. It appears that these actions are intended to harm the company’s credibility, which we take very seriously. We understand that you have raised concerns on behalf of your friend. Kindly share their complete details so that we can review the case and take appropriate action from our side. Please note that we maintain full records of all cases, and if required, we are prepared to present the complete documentation publicly, including on LinkedIn, with supporting evidence. We would like to reiterate that if the case falls within our policy, we will proceed with a 100% refund or take appropriate corrective action. However, after careful review, this particular case does not meet our policy criteria, and therefore, we are unable to proceed further. As we have already shared detailed information transparently, we also have a responsibility to demonstrate our actions and decisions to our broader student community. Additionally, you mentioned contacting media outlets, influencers, and other students to escalate this matter. We respect your right to share your perspective; however, we are also fully prepared to pursue appropriate legal action if necessary. We remain open to resolving this matter professionally and encourage you to share the required details so we can proceed accordingly.”

I Took the premium plan. Let me be honest with my experience and share both positives and negatives. They gave me a decent CV, made really good content on that. I appreciate that. But the state of job applications they made on my behalf is really really horrible. They promised to make 20 to 25 applications per day. But they could only make 14 to 19 max, that too very terribly made applications.
The mistakes made on that were severe. Such as incorrect employer details (saying I am working at McDonalds, I have never worked there, even my CV says I am working in a software job), incorrect education details (saying “Some Post-Graduate Studies” instead of a Master’s in Computing) , incorrect answers to screening questions (such as I am NOT comfortable travelling to office for work, I am not eligible to work in the country that I am applying to, answering NO to technologies that I actually have experience in), they even said wrong gender. The quality of cover letter is so miserable, with just a few generic words from chatgpt. No details of what company or what position you are applying, my details such as email, phone, github, linkedin, nothing. Sometimes they upload the wrong document instead of a CV.
Even after making very good applications and cover letter, we are still rejected, so imagine the state if the application itself is so bad. After all this I didnt want to continue the service, but they wouldnt give money back for unused services even though it had only been one week of doing these applications.
They agreed to assign a very professional new associate, who promised to handle these well. And after day 1 with the new associate, the job applications are still bad, answering no to my eligibility to work, wrong CV. They dont care if you get a job or be successful. But I thought they would atleast do a basic service of what was promised. They are using us desperate jobseekers for business.

Additionally, a member of our senior team will be contacting you shortly to address your concerns and work towards a resolution within the next 24 hours. We truly value your feedback and hope you will reconsider your review once you begin to see positive results.”

Sumi MathewTheir session is extremely waste of time
Their session is extremely boring. I attended a session by a lady, and it was a total waste of 30 minutes. They make us sit through it by calling it a 'free session,' but AI or ChatGPT provides much better tips and tricks than they do.
Furthermore, if we aren’t interested in moving forward with them, they continue to disturb us with calls and messages, practically forcing us to pay. Even if you block them, they will contact you from different numbers. It’s really disturbing. During the session, they even insist on taking a photo with us, which is just awful. The staff is incredibly irritating.
All I have to say is that while choosing your service is a personal choice for others, you shouldn't irritate people just to earn money from them

No response once payment is done ,initially I told I don’t have a resume please refere to my experience letter and they didn’t even check that and gave a resume for the sake of giving and then if you message no response from them
